Drymax Max Pro Trail Running

Running long distances on uneven, scree-covered trails can be very challenging due to variables that do not exist on roads and paths.  For this reason, and at the request of many trail runners, Drymax has developed its most demanding socks: the Maximum Protection Trail Running socks. This sock uses the same friction-reducing PTFE technology as the Maximum Protection Running sock, but some trail-specific features have been added.
The Maximum Protection Trail Running socks are race-proven to prevent blisters during trail marathons and ultra long distance runs. There are no vents in the sock, preventing foreign bodies from irritating the foot.  The 1/4 crew shank is double thick and can be folded over to provide a mini crew option that includes four layers. Blister-free, runners can lower their times, increase their mileage and have a lot more fun.
This sock was worn by iconic ultra runner Ellie Greenwood to set the new WOMAN'S COURSE RECORD at the iconic WESTERN STATES 100 MILE ENDURANCE RUN - without blisters in a stunning time of 16 hours, 47 minutes and 19 seconds.
