Double Lesson Athletics Volume 1

Athletics is a "core sport". The results achieved in this sport are relentlessly transparent; and the goals set are usually difficult for pupils to achieve. Athletics is fun when the right content arouses curiosity. The book contains six sport-oriented, but age-appropriate teaching units on each of the areas of running, jumping and throwing for the lower grades of grades 5 to 7.
