Our developers have designed this gymnastics ball (18.5 cm) for athletes aged 10 and older. It is suitable for training and competition.

This gymnastics ball was developed for rhythmic gymnastics and meets the specific requirements of this sport: handling and lightness.

Knowing that your equipment is valuable, we recommend following these care instructions: Clean the ball with a little dish soap, water, and a soft sponge. Rinse well and gently wipe dry. Use a microfiber cloth to dry it to avoid abrasion.

To practice rhythmic gymnastics properly, the gymnast needs a ball appropriate for her age:

  • Younger than 11 years: Ball with 16.5 cm.
  • Older than 11 years: Ball with 18.5 cm. It is recommended to use this size as early as possible, as it complies with competition standards.

At Decathlon, we offer both sizes to cater to all age groups. For easy protection and transport of gymnastics balls for rhythmic gymnastics, we offer a special cover that fits a ball (16 to 20 cm).
