Boxing bandages are designed to stabilize the joints (metacarpal and wrist) and reduce irritation in high-impact areas. Additionally, they absorb moisture from the hands, extending the lifespan of the gloves. To provide you with comfort, protection, and support, this 4-meter-long bandage is made of cotton and polyamide. The cotton absorbs moisture and offers protection. The extremely flexible elastane material allows you to easily thread the bandage between your fingers without losing flexibility. For lighter disciplines with low impact, such as touch sparring, bandages of 2.5 m or 3 m in length are sufficient. The bandages should be applied to the key areas (thumb, metacarpal, and wrist). For more intense sparring sessions, we recommend bandages of 4 m or 4.5 m in length, which provide stronger support and better protect the metacarpal bones due to their thickness. Wrapping a 4 m bandage around your hand can be frustrating if you have to start over because of an initial mistake. To make it easier for you, we have developed this boxing bandage with an ergonomic loop: its rounded shape adapts to the thumb's form. This way, you always put on the bandage in the correct direction (along the thumb, on the back of the hand) and the right way (with the Velcro closure at the other end).
