This 65 cm gym ball is suitable for stretching, fitness training, and rehabilitation exercises. Choose the size according to your body type. Pilates, stretching, muscle strengthening – this gym ball adds a playful element to your workouts and offers a variety of exercise options.
Not sure which gym ball size to choose? If you are between 1.60 m and 1.80 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, size 2 (diameter 65 cm) is the right choice for you. The ball weighs 2 kg. To properly inflate your ball, you will need:
- a pump
- a measuring tape to measure the ball
Your ball is well inflated when:
- the maximum diameter (65 cm for size 2) is not exceeded and
- your knees are at hip level when sitting on the ball.
The package includes:

- a measuring tape to check the correct inflation size
- 2 plugs
- instruction manual
If you lose the plugs, you can purchase new ones through our customer service website. Our ball is designed for sports but can also be used in the office with a protective cover.
