With the Ginja Rock WP Men, Doghammer pursues two goals: on one hand, it is resoleable – because a well-worn, beloved hiking shoe is worth its weight in gold, and nothing is more sustainable than utilizing the resources we already have. On the other hand, it is a shoe that provides support for the foot in more demanding terrain, has a sturdy sole, and handles via ferrata or approach trails with ease. These goals are practically implemented through the EVA cushioning wedge, a firmer insole, robust certified cowhide leather, and a profiled sole with a climbing zone from Vibram. Off we go through everyday life, to the via ferrata, or even to the rocks – with the Ginja Rock WP, made in Portugal, designed in Bavaria. Thanks to its lightweight design, it feels comfortable on the foot. The well-profiled Vibram sole with climbing zone is produced in Italy. Durable materials and the additional rock protection in the toe area make ascents and descents in rocky terrain hassle-free. The upper material of the Ginja Rock WP is made from robust cowhide leather sourced from Europe and certified according to the strict criteria of the Leather Working Group. The PTFE and PFC-free Wiltex membrane keeps your feet dry even in rain and snow, ensuring pleasant wearing comfort. Thanks to close collaboration with European suppliers and production in a family-run manufactory in Portugal, transport routes are shortened and resources are conserved.
