Dörr Universal cable lock

The DÖRR cable lock is a universal cable lock made from a security cable featuring a special 4-point locking system. This design allows the cable lock to be installed in almost any position securely and tautly, ensuring optimal protection against theft. The cable lock enables you to secure a variety of different objects. The only requirements you need to consider are the cable length of the lock and the ability to thread the lock through the respective object.

The locking of the cable lock is done with an additional padlock (available optionally from DÖRR). This gives you complete independence in deciding whether to use a combination lock or a key lock. If you do not yet own a padlock, we recommend our in-house DÖRR combination lock (optional) to ensure the highest level of security.

The cable has a thickness of 6 mm and a total length of 180 cm. The length of the cable can be easily and continuously adjusted to the required length. To do this, simply pull the cable tight after installation and thread it through the locking system. Then, secure the locking system with a padlock (optional). The cable lock can thus be variably adjusted to the object being secured, ranging from a minimum of 20 cm to a maximum of 170 cm.

The flexible steel cable is also coated with weather-resistant rubber, protecting it from rust and corrosion. Therefore, prolonged use of the cable lock is not hindered even under severe weather conditions.
