Deemount Tubeless Repair Kit

Remove all sharp objects. Insert the rasp into the hole and move it up and down to roughen and clean the inside of the hole. Remove the repair cap material from the protective film, insert it into the needle eye, and cover it with rubber glue. Insert it with the pen centered in the needle eye. Caution! This repair kit is only suitable for emergency repairs on tires, allowing you to take your bicycle to a service center where proper tire repairs can be made. Not suitable for use with severe tire damage. Repairs are not allowed on the bead, sidewall, and shoulder area of the tire. Extreme caution is required when using tools to prevent injuries. You must wear eye protection when repairing your tire. Insert the plug into the hole until it is about 2/3 fully inserted. Pull the needle out quickly. Do not twist the needle while pulling it out. Cut off any excess cap material flush with the tire tread. Inflate the tire back to the recommended pressure and check for air leaks by applying a few drops of soapy water.
