Our team has developed these compression socks for wearing before or after a workout. Compression socks are a simple and effective solution for alleviating tired legs after a training session or competition, without requiring any extra effort. To put on the sock, roll it up, place it over your toes, and then pull it up to your heel. Next, carefully unroll the sock with both hands over your ankle up to your knee. Finally, smooth out the fabric on your calf so that there are no wrinkles. You can also watch our video for the exact process.

Choose your shoe size and then select a size (S, M, or L) based on your calf circumference. To make the right choice, measure your calf circumference at the widest point with a measuring tape. After measuring, you can use our size chart to find suitable compression socks:
Size S – Calf circumference: 30 / 34 cm
Size M – Calf circumference: 34 / 38 cm
Size L – Calf circumference: 38 / 42 cm

Compression socks allow you to better prepare for training or competition. They should be worn before or after sports, ideally immediately afterward, for at least 1.5 hours. During intense sessions, they can be worn for several hours or throughout the day. Compression socks are also suitable for long periods of sitting during travel, such as on a train, plane, or in a car.

For optimal recovery, you can consider massage accessories (roller, ball, stick, strap, gun, etc.) or an electrostimulation device. A good diet also contributes to better recovery.
