The Dainese HGC line is designed to protect the rider from the elements with insulating and comfortable materials. The HGC Shell waterproof mountain bike jacket is designed to allow you to ride in the rain or in low temperatures. It is made from an elasticated fabric that adapts to all body movements. The jacket is cut specifically for cycling: slightly longer at the back to cover the whole back when riding, slightly shorter at the front so that it doesn't get in the way. The fit takes into account the use of protectors on the back, shoulders and elbows. The model has a 2.5 litre construction: the outer layer is a mesh fabric with a water-repellent treatment, while the inner layer is a waterproof membrane that can withstand a hydrostatic load of 10 mm, all seams are sealed to ensure maximum waterproofing even in heavy rain. The HGC Shell has two front pockets and one back pocket, adjustable cuffs, zip adjustable front vents and a hood that can be worn over a helmet. The HGC Shell is easy to fold up and takes up little space, so it can be stowed in a fanny pack or small rucksack.
