Product details

The new CushCore XC version weighs only 140 grams (650B) or 150 grams (29") and is aimed at cross-country and trail riders, as well as those who ride less aggressively but do not want to miss out on the benefits of CushCore.

Thanks to its special shape and lightweight structural foam, which is injected into a machined mold, the CushCore insert does more than just keep the tire securely on the rim and protect your (valuable carbon) rim from damage caused by pinch flats. It also allows for lower rolling resistance, increases sidewall stability in corners, noticeably dampens impacts and vibrations, and ultimately enables you to run lower air pressure for even greater traction.

This is why top downhill and enduro riders like Loic Bruni, Sam Blenkinsop, and Martin Maes trust CushCore.
