The Crankbrothers Mallet BOA clip shoe looks great both on the race track and in the bike park. The innovative Match system optimizes engagement for every MTB clip system, whether it's Crankbrothers or SPD. The shoe comes pre-assembled with a Match shim and Crankbrothers cleat in a neutral position, allowing for immediate use with Crankbrothers pedals.

Match Box
The angled Match Cleat Box provides easy access to the pedals from the front and back while preventing mud intrusion. An extra-stiff carbon fiber shaft efficiently transfers power when climbing or sprinting.

Match Compound
The medium-friction rubber compound (MC1) allows for easy entry and exit from the pedals and is tough enough to withstand wear. The radial cleat pattern around the cleat ensures smooth disengagement from the pedal body.

Match Outsole
The tread is designed for traction off the bike. Direction-specific angled and spaced toe and heel studs provide grip when climbing and descending in steep terrain. The sloped toe area ensures stability in steep conditions.

Closure System
The BOA Fit System offers a micro-adjustable precision fit designed for the toughest conditions.
