The E-Ne from Crane is one of the highest quality bells on the market. You can position it on your handlebars as you wish. The soft vinyl at the closure prevents the bell from scratching your handlebars. The bell is, of course, made of stainless steel. Crane bells are manufactured in Osaka, Japan, and represent a timeless product in terms of both sound and design.
