When I looked at the wheel market, most options came from skateboard companies or roller skate brands selling wheels with shapes designed for skateboards. While these wheels are suitable for certain uses and work very well for lateral skating, I always felt that they were too wide for carving bowls in a parallel position, with the edges of the wheels catching on the ramps. I wanted to create a wheel that provided the extra speed I needed on big bowls while remaining nimble to cut corners and ride on the hips without dragging. The Ragnaroll Pro is a 60mm 101A wheel with a super-slim shape and a rolling surface of just 18mm, offering great speed and maneuverability. Thanks to its narrow profile and rounded lip, it feels like a much smaller wheel on slides, dramatically reducing wheel bite and giving you more space between your trucks for technical grinds. Despite its large size, the reduced amount of urethane results in one of the lightest wheels on the market at just 68g, 25% less than other wheels of the same size.
