Castelli Perfetto RoS Long Sleeve

If you only had one jacket, the Perfetto RoS Long Sleeve is the jacket that covers almost all conditions optimally. Originally designed for training in cool weather or for racing in extreme conditions, it impresses with absolute windproofness, superior fit, and excellent breathability across a wide range of conditions. This season, a general overhaul was in order, resulting in a significant performance update for the fourth generation of this jacket. RoS in the name indicates Rain or Shine, and this jacket is primarily characterized by its performance in dry conditions. In the event of rain, it is almost completely waterproof. Together with Gore, we have exclusively developed two new GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® materials. For the front, we use a minimally lined, waterproof material, while the back features a lighter, more elastic material that is just as breathable as the previous version but much more resistant to moisture. Through various intermediate layers such as underwear or jerseys, the range of use can be optimized depending on the prevailing weather. Perfetto-typical features include a fabulous fit, smooth-running YKK® Vislon® zipper, extended back for splash protection, reflective inserts on the back, and a discreet overall appearance. This is the one jacket that no closet should be without.

It features a completely new sleeve zip construction for use as a short or long sleeve version, Castelli exclusive, water-repellent GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® 205 Warm (brushed on the inside) at the front, and GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® 203 Stretch fabric on the back for stretch and breathability. Taped seams at the shoulders provide even better moisture protection, and it includes a covered YKK® Vislon® zipper, two ventilation zippers, two back pockets plus a narrow air pump pocket, and an extended back with a reflective panel.
