This is the Castelli commuter jacket - made to offer maximum functionality on the bike while looking good when you arrive at work. You wanted a jacket that provides maximum visibility during nighttime rides but doesn’t look ridiculous with all the silver reflective bands and stripes when you get to the office. That’s why Castelli has applied an almost invisible reflective print across the entire surface of the jacket. When you’re riding during the day or not wearing the jacket on the bike, you can hardly see it, but at night, the jacket reflects a distinctive pattern to draw attention.

The reflective effect is just the beginning. With a water column of 20,000 mm, it ensures that no water penetrates. And the breathability of 20,000 MVTR means that a good amount of moisture can escape. But it’s the ventilation details that really set this jacket apart: at the waist, there’s a cuff that can be closed to shield against the wind or left open to let some air in from below, keeping you cooler. This inner cuff allows for a jacket that falls straight at the bottom - a much cleaner and more refined look than a jacket with gathers from an inner elastic band.
