The adapter remains compatible with dual-camera smartphones and typically functions without removing phone cases, although larger protective cases may need to be removed. This digiscoping system allows users to take photos and record videos through the optics of the monocular using the integrated camera function of their smartphones. The set includes a tripod-mountable monocular, an adjustable smartphone adapter, a soft protective case, a wrist strap, lens covers, and a microfiber cleaning cloth. The adapter is specifically designed for this monocular and is not compatible with other optical instruments such as binoculars, spotting scopes, microscopes, or telescopes.
