The Cane Creek Series 40 sets the standard for performance, durability, and value. Based on the design of the Series 110, the Series 40 includes all the features necessary for a long-lasting, lightweight, and resilient headset.

We make it easy for you by developing consistent graphics, interchangeable parts, and over 40 configurations to meet almost any size requirement. Sold in straight and tapered sets or as tops and bottoms, tops are available in short (9 mm) or tall (15 mm) bearing covers. The Series 40 from Cane Creek offers the largest fitment range of any headset on the market.

Precision manufacturing by Cane Creek in Fletcher, NC. New! The new ZN40 bearings are zinc-coated steel cartridge bearings that are machined with hardened steel balls. The new material is significantly more corrosion-resistant, greatly increasing the lifespan of the Series 40 headsets.
