We have developed this jacket for children aged 7 to 13 who want to ride road bikes or mountain bikes regularly in cool weather (10 °C to 15 °C). The long-sleeved jacket is wind-resistant in the upper body and forearm areas. The breathable material on the back wicks moisture away. The jacket is specifically designed for cycling. The long, rounded cut at the lower back protects this area of the body from cold and splashes. A silicone strip prevents it from riding up. Mesh fabric is a material with micro-ventilations that supports moisture wicking, which is why it is often used in sports products. Conveniently, the jacket is equipped with three back pockets. The child can easily access them while riding without stopping or dismounting, allowing them to grab a granola bar or fruit. Particularly handy: the house key can be securely stored in the large zippered pocket, which even has enough space for a large smartphone.
