The Bresser Polaris 102/460 impresses with its design and optimal imaging quality. The very short focal length of just 460 mm allows for stunning wide-field observations of open star clusters, the Milky Way, and the Moon. The powerful achromatic wide-field refractor in carbon optics is the centerpiece of this telescope. The compact tube with a 102 mm aperture diameter and 460 mm focal length culminates in a robust 2'' metal focuser, allowing the use of 2.0'' eyepieces with large fields of view. Included is an eyepiece adapter from 50.8 mm (2'') to 31.7 mm (1.25''). This enables the use of both common eyepiece sizes for this telescope. Two Kellner eyepieces (25 mm and 4 mm) are also part of the set, along with additional accessories. The solid EQ3 mount and the height-adjustable aluminum tripod provide a stable foundation for steady observations. This complete system is also ideal for traveling stargazers due to its compact size. It is very easy to assemble and disassemble and can be stored space-efficiently in a car.
