Small but intense - The Bosu Balance Pods are small air-filled half-balls made of vinyl that train coordination and mobility through their instability. Athletes can intensify exercises like squats, push-ups, or planks, even using all four limbs with the 4-piece set. In physiotherapy and rehabilitation sports, the balance trainer can be used to regain mobility, balance, and thus prevent falls. Through a valve on the bottom, you can individually adjust the air pressure and thus the difficulty of the exercises to the fitness level of your athletes and patients. Thanks to the structured underside, training on smooth floors without slipping is also possible. Due to their lightweight design, you can take the pods not only to the gym or practice but also on the go and while traveling. Additionally, they are quite durable. Each pod can support up to 136 kg.
