The Igniter XT is a fantastic all-around ice skate for recreational skaters. Unlike hockey or figure skates, it requires no "break-in period." From the very first moment, it impresses with its comfort on the ice, as it does not need to soften or gradually adapt. It provides reliable lateral support, optimal flex, and high performance for all skill levels. The Igniter XT is designed for those who are accustomed to the fit of inline skates or ski boots and do not want a hockey or figure skate. Comfortable and warm, it features a padded velvet lining with Thinsulate, artificial fur, and a contoured footbed. A great skate for anyone who simply wants to enjoy ice skating. Most skates are delivered with a "factory-sharpened blade" to ensure safety during shipping. Even if the blades appear sharp, it is advisable to have new skates sharpened again before first use for optimal performance and maximum enjoyment on the ice.
