Blackroll Gymball

The gym ball is odorless, latex-free, elastic, and can support up to 500 kg. It is ideal for ergonomic sitting in everyday life or for use in coordination and stabilization training.

Inflation instructions: You will need a ball pump to inflate the gym ball. The gym ball can be inflated to a size of 56 cm to 65 cm in diameter. The gym ball should be stored for two to three hours at a minimum temperature of 20 °C before inflation. Inflate the warmed gym ball gradually at room temperature to about 80% of its maximum size. Please note that the gym ball may feel very hard during this phase. Allow it to rest for at least two hours. Slowly inflate the gym ball at room temperature or at outside temperatures of up to 25 °C to your optimal size, but do not exceed the maximum size.

Caution: Due to the leather-like texture of the material, the ball will feel very hard even when inflated slowly. The gym ball will reach its optimal elasticity (softness) within two days at the latest. Since the leather-like ABS® material naturally takes longer to adapt to stretching than a conventional, unreinforced ball, it may tear if mishandled during inflation.

After the final inflation, allow the ABS® gym ball to rest for 24 hours before first use, so that the anti-burst system can adjust to the external conditions (optimal room temperature). Please check the diameter of your gym ball again after these 24 hours, as the ball may expand due to air expansion inside the ball from temperature effects or adjustments. If the maximum diameter has been exceeded, simply release some air to achieve the correct diameter.
