The quick disconnect system allows for faster and easier switching of your Serpa holster between any Serpa platform. To facilitate the transition between platforms, the gear is attached to the back of the Serpa holster, and the quick release adapter (Female) is on the Serpa platform. To remove the holster body, both locking levers on the quick release adapter (Female) must be pressed simultaneously, and the holster should be turned slightly. To attach the holster, press the gear (Male Adapter) against the Female adapter and turn slightly until the locking levers click into place.
