The Wedge is the first infinitely variable and therefore individually adjustable calf stretcher that provides you with targeted support to relieve tension and reduce discomfort. By combining it with the BlackBoard, you can target the areas that cause you the most problems. This leads to better progress and a faster return to your usual level of activity. In addition, the combination of The Wedge and the BlackBoard offers another innovative function, the targeted stretching of the calf in different positions. This makes The Wedge a unique training tool that allows you to mobilise the foot function and stretch the entire calf and the back of the thigh in a differentiated way.

The angles can be infinitely adjusted to suit your individual training. A flat angle is ideal for a gentle start. With a split angle of up to 35°, the exercises become more intensive.
