Bioracer Speedwear Concept TT

Every serious cyclist knows which cycling apparel brand has won the most medals in time trial competitions since July 2012. For these riders, Bioracer has developed a custom version of its award-winning Speedmaster TT suit: the Speedwear Concept Aerosuit.

The suit consists of a New-Monica suit and an aerodynamic Stripe fabric. The main fabric has been slightly modified with Speedsilk, a fabric technology that enhances the aerodynamics of regular Lycra fabric.

The sleeves feature a new, improved aerodynamic cut and are made from the more efficient aerodynamic Stripe material. The cut and fabric are derived from our highly praised Speedmaster Sprint suit. Since London 2012, it has been the most copied and successful speed suit - a lineage we can be proud of.

The Vapor Men’s pad belongs to our latest generation of pads and represents a significant advancement in breathability and cushioning. The key research question during development was: How can we improve the cushioning necessary to handle the stiffness of carbon bikes without adding extra material for protection? The result is Vapor technology.

The materials of the pad consist of a breathable and friction-reducing top layer. Two intermediate layers ensure breathability and moisture transport. The main layer is where the magic happens. We use Evapore, a 3D strap with better cushioning properties. When Evapore is under pressure, it transforms into a rubber-like state, allowing it to cushion even under maximum compression. Additionally, the material is water-repellent, meaning it transports sweat, keeping the pad dry at all times.
