The Barkeeper stem from BikeYoke is a highly advanced stem designed for demanding cyclists. Made from AL-7075 aluminum, it offers an excellent combination of lightness and stability. Weighing only 90 g (when using titanium screws), this stem is ideal for use in category 5 according to ASTM F2043-13 and DIN EN 17406:2021, making it suitable for handlebars up to 800 mm wide. The stem has a rise of 0° and a stack height of 40 mm, allowing for a flat and aggressive riding position. The special one-piece design of the clamp provides additional stability; however, the Barkeeper is not compatible with all types of handlebars. Therefore, it is important to carefully follow the installation instructions and check compatibility with various handlebars. The Barkeeper stem is an excellent choice for cyclists who value performance and precision.
