Product details
Version E2: This new version has seen several improvements. It is about 5% lighter, weighing 680 g in the 175 mm size. A change in the encoder on the 24 mm axle provides increased stiffness and strength while pedaling. The Q-Factor has been reduced from 167 mm to 165 mm. This change in Q-Factor allows for a better seating position and results in improved performance while pedaling. Chainline E2: 42.5 mm to 43.5 mm.
The Beringer Elite crankset is designed for use in BMX racing competitions. This crankset is the result of French expertise in machining and technical knowledge of high-strength alloys. The hollow construction of the cranks made from forged, CNC-machined aluminum 6082 and the 24 mm CrMo steel axle provides excellent stiffness, ensuring optimal power transfer.
The steel axle with a 5-bolt attachment has been designed to offer high strength and durability. Its design allows for easy assembly with the adjustment screw and a secure hold thanks to the axial clamping, eliminating any play. The key features of this crankset are: low weight, ultra stiffness, and product durability.
