Bell Stratus MIPS

Built on the same basic principles as Bell's pro model Z20, the Stratus MIPS combines lightweight aerodynamic efficiency with innovative comfort technology. The refined shape offers the best road performance and exceptional ventilation on long climbs and flats. The integrated Float Fit adjustment system provides comfort and security in a streamlined fit, with an oversized dial that is easy to operate with just one hand. Overbrow ventilation pulls cool air in the front and pushes it through an air channel matrix, preventing the head from overheating. The adjustable No-Twist Tri-Glide system ensures the straps stay flat and in place, no matter how hard you pedal. This model also features MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) technology for added protection in certain impact situations.

The integrated MIPS is designed to reduce the rotational forces that can occur in certain impacts. By integrating the MIPS glide plane into the restraint system, Bell reduces complexity and weight for a compact, better-ventilated helmet that fits closer to the head.

After a thorough redesign, the ErgoDial is now called the Ergo Fit. It features an improved adjustment mechanism and is now slimmer and less conspicuous.
