These push-up handles (Model M) are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Made from a combination of beech wood and silicone, they provide a non-slip surface. These handles are ideal for handstands, push-ups, and calisthenics, while being gentle on the joints. With a maximum load capacity of 250 kilograms, they ensure stability and safety during every exercise. Thanks to their lightweight design, they are easy to transport.
