Product details
The foundation of the handcrafted Limus is the Y-profile with top-notch self-cleaning capabilities. However, in the middle section, the lugs are denser and lower, allowing for optimal cornering stability and smooth rolling.
Open Tubular tires use the same construction and materials as Challenge's Tubular tires. Instead of sewing the casing into a closed tubular tire, the sidewalls are folded into a bead using aramid fibers. This open design provides the advantages of a tubular tire but can be mounted like a regular clincher tire. When paired with a latex inner tube, the Open Tubular tire offers excellent traction and cornering grip, with low rolling resistance and comfortable cushioning.
