36 mm aspherical 2" eyepiece with a reducer to 1¼" socket diameter and includes rubber eyecup/side light shield. The aspherical correction of an optical system addresses numerous imaging errors. Sharpness is maintained across the entire field of view, and distortion is minimized. Additionally, the eyepiece can be manufactured significantly more compact and lighter. Excellent viewing behavior without the "Kidney Bean" effect. Extremely lightweight and small, it can be used as a photographic flat-field projector with all connections of the Hyperion system. Optimized phantom multi-coating for maximum transmission and very good contrast. Adaptable to T2 for DSLR cameras and to almost all filter threads of digital cameras. 1.25" adapter included.
