Product details

These mini squat blocks in a wedge shape allow for an optimized upper body posture during squat training and relieve the back and ankles. When performing squats, the barbell can be better balanced, and the athlete's stability during the upward and downward movement is significantly increased. Unlike training shoes with a fixed wedge sole, users can adopt their individual stance with the mini squat blocks. Additionally, changing standing positions is easily manageable. The two mini squat blocks are easy to transport in a gym bag, ensuring that you have your own pair readily available when visiting the gym or sports club. The mini squat blocks are also perfectly compatible with squat devices such as the ATX Belt Squat Machine or simply serve as a roll-stop for dumbbells. They relieve the back and ankles, enhance stability during training, and the heels can be elevated from approximately 10 mm to 35 mm. They are suitable for all stance widths, made of shatterproof solid rubber, durable and highly load-bearing, with a non-slip standing surface. Dimensions: Length 160 mm, Width 100 mm, Height 35 mm. Weight: approximately 1 kg per pair.
