Disadvantages of conventional beech wood tar

Beech wood tar has long been known as an attractant for wild boar and red deer. However, alongside its desired attracting effect, conventional beech wood tar has many unwanted disadvantages. A major drawback stems from its sticky, viscous consistency, which increases significantly in winter and makes application considerably more difficult. The viscosity of conventional beech wood tar can lead to quick contamination of skin and clothing during application. Beech wood tar cans or used brushes often dirty the car.

Its main ingredient is quality beech wood tar, which ensures a good attracting effect and is formulated to remain liquid year-round, even at low temperatures. Application is simplified, and the risk of contamination is drastically reduced.

Year-round easy and clean application

By cutting off the top end of the dosing tip, a nozzle of approximately 1 mm in diameter is created. Through this, AttraTec No 4 BHT Fluid can be applied cleanly, quickly, easily, and precisely to a bait tree. It is best to apply cross stripes, which then quickly form a film after the product has flowed, that is accepted by wild boar, even at low temperatures.
