Parallettes are lightweight and compact, making them ideal for travel. Easily tossed into your travel bag, you can continue your workouts during a short trip, whether indoors or outdoors. They are especially well-suited for exercises involving your own body weight, calisthenics, and gymnastics. This includes exercises such as planches, push-ups, handstands, handstand push-ups, L-sits, V-sits, and many more.

Push-ups and handstand push-ups can be performed with a greater range of motion due to the elevation, positively impacting your flexibility as well as muscle and strength gains. Since your palms do not rest flat on the ground and you don't have to bend your wrists backward, your wrists are significantly protected.
