ASICS Performance Metarise 2

The Metarise™ 2 by Asics is specifically designed for volleyball players who operate in outside and blocking positions and benefit from explosive jumping power during gameplay.

Thanks to an innovatively designed midsole with a strongly curved toe area and a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic plate, take-off, jump, and stability are optimally supported. This construction promotes dynamic upward movements while providing the necessary control.

The FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO material used offers powerful propulsion with a gentle landing due to its cushioning and energy-transferring properties. Additionally, the foam is made up of about a quarter of bio-based materials – a plus for sustainability.

The upper material has also been revamped: the integrated MONO-SOCK™ structure provides extra ankle support and adapts smoothly to the shape of the foot – ideal for quick direction changes and secure landings.

MONO-SOCK™ Fit: Wraps around the foot like a sock and reliably stabilizes the ankle during lateral movements and landings.

Energy-Lock System: A flexible mesh material with a rebound effect, along with a supportive inner insert, keeps the foot securely in position even during sudden movements.
