The midsole has been updated with FF BLAST cushioning, offering optimal shock absorption and enabling more energetic runs. This design also features a 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM to enhance stability for a balanced and secure stride.

PureGEL technology in the heel area: A softer, updated version of our GEL technology, approximately 65% softer compared to standard GEL technology.
Hybrid Max Lite insole: Designed to provide advanced moisture management, breathability, and cushioning properties.
AHAR LO outsole rubber: A lower density rubber in key areas of the outsole ensures reliable grip and traction while maintaining high durability. ASICS' highly abrasion-resistant rubber in the heel area is about three times more durable than conventional outsole rubbers.
