The FF Blast™ Plus cushioning system in the midsole delivers a light and dynamic running feel. Additionally, the shoe features a full-length carbon plate for enhanced stability and grip.

Finally, the ASICSGRIP™ outsole rubber improves traction on challenging trail terrain.
