The ASICS Gel-Sonoma 8 is a trail running shoe designed for outdoor enthusiasts, offering reliable performance on various terrains. This model features ASICS GEL technology in the heel area for enhanced shock absorption upon impact, combined with a durable rubber outsole with multidirectional lugs that ensure excellent traction on both wet and dry surfaces. The upper is made of breathable mesh with synthetic reinforcements for structural support and durability, while the removable insole provides additional cushioning and can be replaced with custom orthotics if needed. The shoe incorporates ASICS FluidRide midsole technology, allowing for optimal bounce back and durability, along with a Guidance Line to promote an efficient, natural running style.
