The Wobblesmart® 6 in 1 therapy top offers six different difficulty levels through a simple rotation of the base. From a large diameter (for beginners) to a small diameter (maximum instability).

The top is used to train balance, posture, and coordination. Training on the unstable platform requires maintaining balance and a stable posture.

Additionally, the top features two grip recesses. This allows for challenging exercises in support, in addition to traditional balance training. This way, you not only train your arms or chest but also the supporting deep muscles simultaneously.
