Instructions: Remove the trekking pole from the transport bag and undo the Velcro fastening around the pole. Insert the sections into each other and hold the pole at the connection between the handle and the middle section. Now pull on the handle until the push button clicks into place and the wire rope is taut. Adjust the desired height using the clamp screw. To release, pull slightly on the handle and press the push button so that the handle can be moved over the push button. Pull the individual sections apart and arrange them so that the Velcro fastening holds the 3 parts together. Store everything in the transport bag, and the pole is ready for the next use.
