The second version of the "Experience Flow" from Altra combines the advantages of the original model, but equips it with the so-called "EGO P35" foam. In contrast to the classic "Experience Flow", the update is now actually soft and "springy". However, it lacks the push from the forefoot print at very fast speeds.
