Alpina Root Mips

The Jet helmet is right at home on the trails and has truly arrived there. Comfortable and well-ventilated uphill, safe and fast downhill. Additionally, the Root Mips is equipped with a Mips layer designed to help reduce rotational forces acting on the head during an oblique impact.

This makes the Root Mips a great choice for any terrain, whether on the trail, freeriding, or enjoying a relaxed E-Enduro ride. The helmet design that extends over the ears offers significantly more safety in the event of side impacts compared to a half-shell helmet. Furthermore, the EPP used around the ears is a multi-density material that maintains its protective properties even after multiple impacts, and it is also used in the rear part of the helmet. The fixed visor directs air into the large ventilation channels of the Root Mips, cooling the head. The Root Mips features a height-adjustable fitting system to perfectly adjust the helmet to your head. Additionally, wearing a neck brace is possible.
