The Airex Balance products are active therapy and training devices made from the well-known soft Airex foam. The balance pad, with its smooth surface, provides the perfect introduction to barefoot balance training. The thickness of 6 cm gives the balance pad the desired destabilizing properties. The foam yields, and the body is constantly challenged to maintain balance and stabilize the joints. This engages more and deeper muscles than performing the same exercises without the balance pad. Training with the balance pad can specifically enhance conditioning and coordination skills such as strength, endurance, differentiation, and balance ability.
