Airex Balance

The balance beam has been specifically designed for clinical balance and proprioception exercises. It is modeled after a balance beam and is primarily used in physical therapy to regain walking and foot functions. The flat beam allows for safe balancing and training. While lying down, abdominal and back muscles can be strengthened. The foam has the same destabilizing properties as other balance products. The give of the foam constantly challenges the body to maintain balance and stabilize the joints. As a result, more and deeper muscles are engaged compared to performing the same exercises without the balance beam. The brain's control function is activated, and the receptors in the joints and fascia system are stimulated more intensively.
