The Acros Nineteen Enduro Boost front hub is not just an off-the-shelf product. Instead, the hub body is turned, milled, and completely hand-assembled from a solid aluminum rod at the Acros headquarters near Stuttgart. As specialists in ball bearings, Acros pays great attention to detail regarding its internal components. This is why Acros uses axles with a diameter of 19 mm that rotate in specially optimized angular contact bearings made of stainless steel for this application. The design around the oversized axle allows for weight optimization of the entire hub while increasing stiffness. As a result, Acros hubs are unbeatable in weight while maintaining the highest rigidity. The hub body is made of 6061 aluminum and features a standard flange.
