Semi-integrated headset (zs) for frames with 66mm lower head tube. In the acros zs66 headset lower section, the combination of angular contact ball bearings and sophisticated seals ensures a long service life with minimum maintenance and therefore more carefree time in the saddle. Suitable for forks with 1.5" steerer tube (40mm).

Headsets are inconspicuous, but indispensable. Above all, however, a headset is more complex than it seems at first glance. acros has spent years working on the zs66 headset and thinking about it so that you never have to: you can simply install it and have peace of mind for a long time. This is ensured by a double-sealed angular contact ball bearing, which is filled with the headset grease optimised by acros. The two sealing discs with double lip seal keep the grease securely inside the industrial ball bearing, preventing moisture and dirt from penetrating the bearing. The zs66 lower part is completed with additional seals that prevent dirt and water from penetrating the headset bearing. This guarantees a long service life despite minimal maintenance - so that you can maximise your time behind the handlebars and enjoy it to the full. For long-lasting function, no matter what.
