Acros Gothic Bar Carbon Handlebar 35mm

The Acros MTB carbon handlebar not only looks great on the trail but also provides excellent control. It impresses with its regionality "Made in Germany" and even shines on paper.

The Acros MTB handlebar was born out of a personal need: the goal was to create a stable and lightweight carbon handlebar with a 35mm clamp for the trail bikes of Acros employees. For its realization, we sought support from the carbon specialists at All Ahead Composites. The result is our hand-crafted MTB carbon handlebar made in Germany. The applied "In-Mould-Stack-Up" technique allows for a construction tailored to the load. In this process, individual carbon sheets are laid layer by layer into a negative mold according to a fixed plan. The upper and lower parts of the handlebar are particularly stable due to unidirectional reinforcements, while the side areas achieve a significant weight reduction with their reduced wall thicknesses. Combined with the 35mm clamp, this results in an unbeatable combination of maximum stability and low weight. The stability of our carbon handlebar is underscored by the golden seal "Multiload MTB" – this testing procedure by the independent institute Zedler is known as an absolute stress test.
