When it comes to bottom brackets, no one thinks about sophisticated technologies, especially when they simply do their job. Since you won't notice the acros bottom brackets much, here’s a brief overview of what to expect: double-sealed ball bearings made of stainless steel, specifically optimized for the forces during pedaling. An extra seal on the outside protects against dirt and moisture and prevents contact between the crankshaft and the bearings. This effectively prevents any popping or creaking noises. For added protection, all acros bottom brackets come with a connecting sleeve between the bearing cups, keeping moisture and dirt away from the inside of the bearings.

Unfortunately, ball bearings are still wear parts, and acros hasn't changed that (yet). For this reason, all acros bottom brackets allow for easy bearing replacement. Use the acros bottom bracket tool for this purpose.
