Acros AZ-55

Semi-integrated headset (ZS) for frames with a 55 mm lower head tube. The acros ZS55 headset lower part combines stainless steel angular contact bearings and well-thought-out seals for durability with minimal maintenance, allowing for more carefree time in the saddle. Suitable for forks with a 1.5" steerer (40 mm) at the bottom.

Acros has spent years developing and refining the ZS55 headset so you don’t have to: you can simply install it and enjoy long-lasting peace of mind. This is ensured by a double-sealed angular contact bearing made of stainless steel, filled with acros optimized headset grease. The two sealing rings with double-lip seals securely retain the grease inside the industrial bearing, preventing moisture and dirt from entering. Thus, the acros headset offers long-lasting functionality, no matter what comes your way. The ZS55 lower part is completed with additional seals that prevent dirt and water from reaching the headset bearing. This guarantees a long lifespan with minimal maintenance, allowing you to maximize and fully enjoy your time behind the handlebars.
